Persistance!
After the first four days or so, i didnt think this would work for me at all, in fact it even seemed to make my social anxiety worse. HOWEVER, after nearly 2 weeks of using AJs app, I no longer over analyze social situations and actually ENJOY conversations without that feeling of dread that comes along with them (you all know what Im talking about.) talking to people just seems more natural to me now, and I love it! I look forward to seeing even more progress...THANK YOU ANDREW JOHNSON!
